It’s a well known fact that music can and does change your mood. It can also affect your heart rate and blood pressure.
So……after a difficult day or week why not settle down and listen to some of the calming music you have. Why not male a playlist for this and use it regularly.
I find dimming the lights, feet up, a candle or two light and perhaps a soothing drink, then drift away with the music…..pure bliss. Try it, go on a musical journey to de-stress yourself.
